While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to public holidays, severe weather, or circumstances outside our control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Happy Claws is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If tracking information shows that a parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with the next steps.
